Two rooms available: 1) larger room for $1200 w/ brand new Queen bed, smaller room for $1050 w/ brand new full bed.

Shared shower, currently no roommate for the shared bath.

Room for rent, with a shared office space. brand new furniture I am in the middle of changing out the furniture, so it is not the same in the pics. Plenty of storage in the garage for your gear and a large driveway parking. I am currently the only one living on the property and looking for two roommates.The house offers 0.90 acres of land, a green house, fruit trees, a modern floor plan, split electric, all other utilities provided, all the cooking appliances you need, and Wi-Fi. Feel free to reach out for questions. 5 min drive to the mall, shopping, 5 freeway, and 10 min to downtown OLY; 20 min drive to JBLM. There is a 50$ application fee for those who would like to apply.

All screening will require phone and video call prior to meeting.
