Quick Details: • The minimum stay required is four months, after which the arrangement transitions to a month-to-month basis automatically. • Common kitchen utensils and select cleaning supplies are provided. • Secure entry; access codes are required for both building and room entry. • A variety of optional, organized social events are available. • An introductory house meeting is held within the first week. • Rent includes all utilities and internet service. • Laundry facilities are available on-site and are free to use. • The kitchen is shared among residents and maintained in an orderly manner. • Cleaning of common spaces is managed collaboratively by all residents. • The landlord is actively involved and responds promptly to any concerns or issues that may arise.
