Seeking a housemate in my two-bedroom garden apartment, part of a duplex with a close friend. The room is sunny, 10’x10’, and can come with a queen bed, desk, and bedside table or be empty for move-in. The apartment has a fully furnished living room, kitchen/dining room, and a shared backyard. Shared washer/dryer located upstairs. The room is ideal for a long-term tenant or a frequent traveler to SF for work who is looking for a more stable place to land than a hotel.

I like to keep the household super clean and tidy and am looking for a housemate who likes to do so as well. We’ll share chores, keep the kitchen clear for the next person, and be open and respectful giving and receiving feedback. I have a small dog (Chihuahua/Pittbull mix) so you must be comfortable with dogs. No other pets wanted.

The upper unit is occupied by my close friend and the duplex is an open and friendly little queer community. Looking for someone who is looking to be a part of that and have an occasional dinner or hangout.

About me: Late-30s gay guy working in media (work from home). Love cooking, cocktails, podcasts, biking, super-long walks, and binging TV.

About my upstairs neighbor: mid-forties queer guy working in tech (work from home). Has an indoor/outdoor cat. About his roommate: 20s-30s gay guy currently studying for a masters in music.
