Come join our community in a huge 7 bdrm/4 bath Victorian-era house with much charm and original details.
Single occupancy only. Female preferred because bathroom is shared with two other female roomies. However, all are welcome.
Updated kitchen with dual sinks, 2 refrigerators and washer/dryer. House must be seen in person to appreciate.
Available room will has brand new laminate flooring. Includes nice size walk-in closet. All utilities, internet, and monthly professional cleaning of common areas included in rent. Bathroom is shared with two other female tenants.
House is ideally located. 1 block to Retro Row, Salud and Art Theater. 3 blocks to Beach and Yoga on the Bluff, 10 minutes to DTLB. Easy access to all major transportation.
We conduct credit check and background check. 1st month rent + 1 month deposit required to move in.
About the roomies
Current tenants are in their 30s and 40s, working, quiet & respectful of each other. Mellow vibe. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. No overnight guests for the safety of all our tenants. One person to a room.
Rooms are quite large so roomies mostly stick to themselves and common areas are rarely used except to cook and do laundry.
