I have two basement bedrooms available, these rooms includes parking spaces. You will have your own entrance to the basement. Sharing the kitchen and living room space. The house is 2 minutes from the Capitol heights train station and multiple bus stops on the street. The community is pretty quiet and walkable convenience stores. The basement is fully furnished, but it can be emptied upon request. The large room rent is $900 and the small room rent is $750 monthly. Each required one month rent security deposit. This rent includes utilities/internet/parking. If you want to rent the whole basement for more privacy is $1,200. This includes your own private bathroom. Short lease for students are welcome.

I do require ID, credit, and background check either from roomies or avail, both platforms are $55. I do not have financial gain toward these reports fee. I have the avail application link ready upon request. The lease and all payments are made online through avail, the property management software.

I do not require extra fees just a clean record due to my line of work since I’m sharing my residence and the availability to afford rent with the 30% income rule.

I’m a single female professional looking for female roommates preferably. I do not have kids, but I’m very friendly with one small dog. I love gardening and the outdoors. Most of the time I work from home and spend my time working out. My space will be the first and second floor of the house. The house is very spacious. There’s a patio, I do spend my time gardening in the summer. At the moment I do not have patio furniture.
