Nice furnished room with a new full sized bed. All rooms in the home are are shared space but for owners suite. Lock and key for your private room. Large Lanai with in ground pool. Driveway parking. Unless we negotiate further.

I am a 55 year old female teacher and my daughter is a high school student. I have a small dog and stuck up kitty. I only wish to rent to sound professionals who keep their areas tidy. I am by no means a clean freak. But we try to keep the home clean and comfortable for living. The pool is not heated but warm to swim in the warmer months and shockingly cool in the winter. A heater is in the plans. No smoking in the home.
