About the room
It is a nice complex, with plenty of parking, friendly staff, and is in a relatively quiet area; there’s a pool, a fitness center, internet is included in your rent, and there’s a washer/dryer, as well as a dishwasher unit in the apartment.
Dominion is the preferred power option, and they charge for water every other month; also, there are some furnishings available, but can be removed if not desired.
Located in West Ashley, roughly 20-30 minutes from downtown, and has many restaurants and stores nearby; additionally, it is close to the Savannah exit, so getting on the interstate is usually a breeze.
About the roomies
Roderick and I have lived as roommates for about two years now, and get along really well; we keep a clean house and tend to keep to our own spaces.
I am planning on moving to Texas in the next month, and need someone to take over my lease; it is up at the end of June, so I need to fill this spot quickly.
