I have a furnished bedroom for rent in a beautiful single family home in Woodbridge. Room has a smart tv in it and a mini fridge that you will be able to use. Room has been freshly painted and carpet steamed cleaned. You will have use of the living room and kitchen. Their is plenty of street parking, with a beautiful backyard. More pics are to come. Professionals are welcomed and no smoking is allowed. Since this is a family home overnight guest will have to be approved. Utilities and wifi are included with rent. Security Deposit is equal to 1 months rent. This will be a 1 year lease with possibility of renewal. Background and credit check will be performed. The cost for background check is $43. If you are approved it will be applied to the 1st month’s rent.
