Private room with shared bathroom and kitchen. $800/month all utilities included. Possibility of pets i have a dog and would need to introduce any animals to ensure a good fit she is super friendly! House is furnished aside from all but one of the bedrooms. Laundry in house available. Extra storage available in basement. Can discuss garage parking if interested.

I live and own the home. I work full time with 1 dog. Scheduled 4 ten hour days in denver so not in the home for long on those days. Please feel free to ask any questions
