Private room with semi shared bathroom (i have half bath in the main room) and shared kitchen. $600-800/month depending on room or basement all utilities included. Pets are fine i have a dog and a cat so would need to introduce any animals to ensure a good fit they are super friendly! House is furnished aside from all but one of the bedrooms and basment. Laundry in house. Also have a full basment if you would rather a more private space and garage parking.

I live and own the home. I work full time with 1 dog. Scheduled 4 ten hour days in denver so not in the home for long on those days. Please feel free to reach out with question or to come take a look!
