Spacious unfurnished or furnished room for rent that matches the qualities mentioned above. Rent is $749 a month with a $749 deposit at the time of move-in, no exceptions. The deposit is refundable pending any damage to the property. Rent includes water and high-speed internet. Electricity is split between roommates (we are energy conscious). The bathroom is shared with up to two other roommates. Street parking. One-year lease minimum. This is a chill gamer house, not a party house.

This North Valrico property is located in a quiet neighborhood on a small lake, close to major highways, stores, and restaurants. The 1,800-square-foot 4/2 house features a split floor plan. The bedroom for rent is located next to another bedroom. Additional bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house. The house is extra quiet since the living room is only used for storage.
