2 story, 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath, large back yard. Our current roommates are moving out in November and we are looking for 1-4 people to fill the available 2 rooms. One bedroom has its own full bathroom, the other does not, but it does have a private balcony. Rent is split based on number of rooms occupied, not by number of occupants. $1925 each if 2 rooms occupied, $1285 each it 3, but final price will be up for negotiation because one room does not have it’s own bathroom, so some sharing will be required if both available rooms are filled. My girlfriend and I currently live in one of the rooms with a bathroom. Our property manager and property owners will have final say on rent price, who can move in, and what additional information will be required from you, we are just getting the word out! Military welcome. Couples welcome. Pets welcome (so long as property manger and owners approve).
