About the room
Room has a few pieces of furniture (bed and desk). Complex is right near the Metro. Also very close to a Shoppers grocery store, and lots of restaurants and other stores. Room is available as we speak. Security deposit is already taken care of. The $1600 for the rent is TOTAL, between all roommates, but only includes certain utilities. We do have a small washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher.
About the roomies
Hi! We’re a poly throuple looking for a fourth roommate (joining the polycule is not required, lol). We’re not the cleanest people but we’re trying. We have 2 friendly cats. Splitting up of bills can be negotiated. We’d prefer a queer roommate but allies are welcome!
