A furnished private bedroom available in a great location—close to Manhattan, Bayonne, and Newark. 35 minutes to world trade center, 15 minutes from the closest path station and directly across from west side light rail station. They are 2 bus lines that go directly to manhattan and journal square path station. Utilities included water, gas, electricity, internet, sewer, biweekly professional cleaning, and trash.

It’s super convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to a laundromat, parks, and grocery stores.

Currently, it’s me and my 15 year old cat living here. I work from home and study full time.

I’m hoping to find one responsible, respectful roomie who values a clean and peaceful environment, respects shared spaces, and is mindful about keeping the apartment tidy.
