I am taking over the lease starting November 1st for this beautiful 4 bedroom house. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, backyard, etc. The downstairs is like a mini apartment. It has a living area, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a small bathroom. It kinda has its own entryway via the attached garage or you are more than welcome to use the front door and go downstairs. I will only be going downstairs to use the washer or dryer located downstairs as well. I am renting out the downstairs for $1000 a month with utilities included. Must be approved via Jmax realty company before moving in. There is a $75 non-refundable application fee. Must have a job making $15.00 or more. Must have good character references. Female preferred.
