Located in a very safe cove with security cameras. 3 bed 2 bath house 1250sq ft on 1/3 acre. The space would be shared. I park in the garage, but room for up to 2 cars in the driveway. Fenced in backyard that my 2 dogs have 24/7 access to via the dog door. The room is a 10x10, has a twin bed in place, but can move if needed. Must be great with dogs (and dog hair) as I have 2!
