The house is fully furnished with all utilities, 200+ HD channels and high speed internet are also included. The house has 2 furnished living rooms with large screen TVs and dining room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Since almost everything is included all that’s needed is bedding, clothes and bathroom linens.
3 professional males (2 Engineers and Prime) currently reside in home. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves. Single Occupancy in private room. No smoking/Vaping or any drugs.
