Furnished 17 x 11 room with 2 windows, tile floor, wood stove. Shared sun room and dining room, your own kitchen and mostly private bathroom with tub and shower, shared washer/drier. Eventually the kitchen and bathroom will be shared with another roommate when we finish a tiny house in the backyard. The house has a wild backyard with terraced gardens and no very close neighbors, mature fruit trees, nice patio.

Looking for a warm, friendly individual who enjoys family-type life and shares values of clean, healthy living, good communication skills, and positive role models for children. Open to sharing occasional pot-luck type meals, friendship, and healing space. An ideal roomie helps keep shared space clean and tidy, enjoys participating in the garden/yard, likes kids, and has a community vibe.

We are an older mom (Sound Therapist) and 11 and 13 year old kids, dad who comes and works on projects, and 3 dogs: a sweet husky mix, a jack russell, and an old spaniel. We also have an old one-eyed cat. For Christmas and summer vacations we will be hosting an Afghani Waldorf high school student. During the days when kids are in school, and occasionally on weekends, clients come for Healing and Sound Therapy.

In this home you will hear practicing of cello, coronet, and piano, kids getting ready for school early in the morning, occasional family movies, and rehearsing of Shakespeare lines. On weekends we are working on the house and grounds and running kids to rehearsals. It’s a lively mix of activity and quiet healing space.

Rent is $650/month plus utilities. Expect to pay about $65 for utilities in warm months, $80-125 during the cold months. This includes Wifi, water, electric, propane, wood. First month rent plus deposit to move in. Available November 1st. Absolutely no drugs, smoking of any kind, partiers. Family values only. Possibility of trading some rent for building help if you have handy skills.

I am a Biofield Tuner specializing in integrating personal, ancestral, and collective trauma. My 11 year old son likes dirt bikes, mountain biking, cross country running, trumpet, cello, and Shakespeare. My 13 year old daughter is a Shakespeare actor too, very creative, and both kids are very good students. Their dad is a cowboy, rancher, and solar installer who works for Positive Energy in Santa Fe. We’re working on various building projects around the place.
