Hello! I am looking for two roommates. Each room will have its own private bathroom.

• Private bed/bath in modern 3B3.5B three story townhouse in Morgan Hill
• Available starting Nov, 6 months -1 year lease, possibly longer.
• Street parking in complex.
• Access to Small Garage gym
• Access to community pool
• Rent $1500 (trash and wifi included. Electricity/ Water separate)
•Zoned HVAC (each floor is controlled separately!)
•Common areas furnished, room is unfurnished
•No pets (short term pet sitting would be ok), no smoking
LOCATION:
•3 min drive or 15 minute walk to downtown Morgan Hill and 4 min drive to 101 freeway
•Close drive to everything else you might need (Target, Walmart, TJ max, etc.)
•Safe neighborhood
