Meanderwood Drive

We are a family with 3, mother and two girls 16 years old and 6 and also I have a roommate at the basement he have private room with bathroom, so he only use upstairs to use the laundry sometimes, we are clean no messy no smoke no pets, the house is in a beautiful place the neighbors are great, there is a playground with walk place excellent to walking in the morning or anytime! Laundry will be available one time per week if is little bit of clothes should be weekly by weekly, you need to buy your own stuff and also help to keep the bathroom and the places you will be use clean, friend or boyfriend is welcome to visit on the weekend by notice me, background check will be necessary!
