PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE INQUIRING****** Looking for a room to rent in a metropolitan area of Lexington? This is the perfect location. It is right off of Sunset Bld. This house is located close to Walmart, Publix, Outlet shopping such as TJ MAXX and Ross. Close to fast food, and other eating establishments. Also not more than 15 minutes from downtown Lexington. Now again I will state that this is a ROOM FOR RENT. It is a shared space with a total of THREE others. Shared bathroom, but private bedroom. I am looking for someone who is cat friendly because there are cats in the home. But the house is clean and pristine. The pets wouldn’t be you responsibility. But you must be okay with cats. I am looking for someone who is clean, and tidy. Utilities will be split w/ other tenants. I require a lease starting off at 6 months. That gives me a chance to see if you like it here and if it works out. Rent is $600 a month w/ a security deposit of $200. This really is an awesome house and in a great location. We are fun, carefree people, but rent now a days is expensive. This room is move in ready. Also, the photo of the room was taken before bedroom items were removed. This is an unfurnished room.
