This is a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment near the ASU campus. You will have your own room and walk in closet. You will share your bathroom with me (female). We keep the apartment clean and organized. I have a dog, he is the sweetest lab/Shepard/husky/wolf mix. He was kennel tried as a pup & walks 3x/day so he is very calm and well behaved. He is great with other dogs and cats but we have a 2 pet max. You will need to pay any applicable roommate addition fees and be screened by our rental company and added to the lease. Electric, water, sewer, and internet is additional and costs $50-$80/month. Common spaces are furnished and kitchen is fully equipped.

Your other roommate will be a 23 yr old male, he is in school at ASU while working in the food service industry. He spends his time studying, watching TV, and playing pool.
