Sydney's room

I have two rooms I want to rent out in my house to female roommates. This one is the slightly smaller one (larger one is $750/mon.). Utilities and Wifi are included. The room is upstairs, newly carpeted, and freshly painted. You will have access to all common areas including the kitchen, beautiful backyard and pool, garage for storage, and washer and dryer. You are welcome to have a couple of guests over at a time during the weekends, if you would like. Sadly, no pets because my dog does not get along with other animals. Fish would be okay, though. My dog likes humans and will be your best friend if you give her treats.

This rental agreement will be on a month-to-month basis, so if either party feels it is not working out- no hard feelings, just give 30 days notice and you’re free to move out. I will ask for 1 month’s rent as a deposit and the first month’s rent upon move in.

There are outside cameras for our security, but it is a safe neighborhood. It is a private property, especially in the backyard, as I only have one direct neighbor. You will have your own bathroom unless someone rents out the other room, then it will be shared with one other female roommate.

About me: I am a 26 woman and work from home, but I have a home office so I will be out of the way. I am into fitness and like to bake. I will likely have lots of baked goods to share with the household. I like true crime shows and music. I appreciate cleanliness and would prefer a roommate that does as well. I’m a girl’s girl, laid back, and would love to hang out and swim/watch movies/etc. if you’d like, or I could also give you your space if you prefer that, too.
