Lg house 🏠 renting out 2 bedrooms. 1bedrm lg $650 includes utilities $325 security. I also have a smaller room for $450 includes utilities with a $225 security. Ya must be very fur baby friendly there are 15 cats and 5 dogs here. If you have one of your own is but you would have to sign a waiver not holding me responsible it any problem would accure. There’s a front porch to sit on that is open. I have an I closed back porch that’s nice to sit on. Also a decent size back yard. There is parking in the yard. But you’d have to help out with snow shoveling.there is a shared frig unless you have your own. Would prefer a working person. Also no drugs will be tolerated.or crazy party’s.
