Grandview Meadow Drive

Looking for a roommate at my second floor, two bed/bath apartment. Lease would be until November which can be renewed if we coexist well together. Besides $875 in rent, there is also another $80ish in utilities. You have a full sized bathroom across from your bedroom. I have one cat that’s registered as an ESA to avoid pet rent (I suggest you do the same to save money!). Would prefer someone with a cat, but dogs are fine. Down to have a Facetime/phone call, talk it over and then have lunch at some point to get to know each other better. No preference in gender. The closer to my age the better. I like the temperature high sixties during the day and mid sixties at night. I usually have one person over at a time 1-3 times a week in my room. I work a 9-5 and powerlift four days a week so I don’t have much free time. I eat a lot so I do take up a good chunk of space in the fridge. I can consolidate to make room for you of course. There is currently no living room furniture or TV lol if you have stuff, great! If not, we can split money on a sectional and a loveseat preferably. This is a long term place for me so if you ended up leaving, I would pay you for the other half of the furniture to claim it. Washer and dryer in house. I work from home on Thursday’s. My desk is in the living room. I do not mind moving things around for a better setup. I’m very reasonable. My current roommate was not respectful of the common space, his noise levels, and did not take care of my items I let him use in good faith. Rather than tolerate it for another 9 months, I asked him to leave. You can move in anytime after he moves out which is between 2/9-2/25 You need to do an application and submit proof of income, but i make enough to qualify for the place on my own so there’s no pressure on being accepted or not. I work in IT, WFH on Thursday’s. I have one cat, and in my free time I’m a powerlifter, I read, take walks/hikes, go out to eat/order in a lot, but don’t mind cooking either. Down to watch movies and shows with my future roommate and do activities together if we vibe well. I don’t smoke anymore, but I don’t mind if you do! I keep to myself most of the time and I don’t have people over very often. Love a good beer too, but I don’t like to drink in excess very often. I keep all my clutter in my room so you don’t have to worry about that. I’m pretty good with dishes and keeping a clean public space.
