Unfurnished room, shared bath, shared kitchen dining and living area. Looking for a tidy person preferably quite and respectful individuals. No parties or wild individuals.

Rent includes Electricity, Internet, Lawn Maintenance, Water and Septic and Security. Everything in the shared space is available to everyone except for personal belongings food for the other room mates.

Everyone is extremely tidy and cleans up after themselves, anything less is not welcomed, we’re all adults and respect everyone’s space and personal things. Younger individuals trying to save up, this is the best opportunity since all the other expenses are covered
