Looking for a great place to stay in La Costa? Well, you’ve found it! We’ve got a sweet setup here: a fully furnished private room with its own bath, available for month-to-month rent. We’re on the lookout for a professional who craves a peaceful living situation.

Here’s the lowdown: This is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house, and you’ll be sharing it with me, my partner, and our awesome flatmate. The flatmate’s room is on the first level and shares a bathroom with my partner and I, so you’ll have your own private space on the second level. That means you get your own bedroom, bathroom, and access to the kitchen on the third level whenever you need it. Plus, all the utilities are included, and you’ll have the convenience of a washer and dryer, as well as street parking.

Our neighborhood is the definition of tranquility, and you’ll have your own little patio deck where you can kick back with your morning coffee and soak in the peaceful vibes.

Our kitchen is fully decked out with everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals. We’re on the hunt for a roommate who’s tidy, respects the need for quiet hours (we’re early birds and early sleepers), and is just an all-around easygoing and communicative person.
