This home is located in Barefoot Bay, about 5 min. drive north of Sebastian. Room for rent is already furnished and decorated, with access to a private bathroom, and all common areas. I am very neat and clean, my home always looks showroom. High speed internet, utilities, TV’s in every room. There is a pool table, and PS4 at your disposal. For a small fee the Bay has amenities including golf, tennis, racquetball, bocce ball, 3 swimming pools, grocery store, restaurants, gym.

I am personable, outgoing, respectful. I have a completely decorated furnished home including the room for rent. You need bring nothing but your clothes. You will have your own bathroom, and access to common areas. No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no drama.
