LGBTQI Friendly Hi!
I’ve got a room available in my apartment in East Flatbush/Farragut. Building is two years old, I am the first tenant to occupy the unit. I live here solo so it would be just you and I! I’m a very low-key, laid-back, introvert but am very silly and might be the easiest person to live with, ever!
Street is very safe, quiet (there’s construction across the street til 5p weekdays, but they’re just about done and not insanely loud). Beautiful neighborhood, TONS of families.
The bedroom can fit a full-sized bed plus any additional shelves, desk, etc. Windows are floor to ceiling & a/c/heat is installed in room. Room has a decent sized closet (more height than depth) and the apartment has a dishwasher and brand new washer + dryer.

About the roomies
I’ve lived here for over a year and love it! I’ve lived in all boroughs and this has been where I’ve felt the most safe, comfortable, accepted and the quality of life is pretty great. My favorite shows are Seinfeld and Friends, sorry if ya hate them! But if you love either and can quote episodes, come on over :-)
