Couples welcome for additional rent. Unfurnished room includes walk in closet, and dresser if needed. Includes water, sewer, electricity, streaming services, and Wi-Fi. Washer and Dryer available on site. Access to large yard with fire pit, front and back porch, parking in driveway or on street.

Roomies are a couple with grown children. Clean, quiet, no pets on premises. Both are easy to get along with. Also looking to rent a second furnished room, possible other roommates.
