Mara's room

Fully furnished room for rent with attached private bath in my 3br/2Ba house in SE Aurora. Hablo Espanol pero mi novio en casa no habla pues requiere hablando ingles! :)

Room is lower level (I am upper so there is separation) with window to the fenced backyard. Fully furnished with foam Queen bed and even sheets and towels included 😁 Armoire, brand new curtains (+shower curtain), and large closet, shoe storage rack. Haven’t rented out this room yet so everything is new and ready for its 1st renter!

House: large fenced yard with huge sunroom (inversion table and room for your plants), grill, and 2-car garage. Building a patio as well (I ❤ landscaping). Have a firepit and we love bonfires and plan to have at least one a week 🙂

Residential neighborhood off Chambers and Hampden. Walking distance to a dollar store, Big Lots, a dope NOLA style local joint and Dry Dock Brewery, some restaurants, coffee shops…. everything retail-wise 5min away, maybe a mile from I225 entrance. Takes 25min for me to get to a concert in Denver. I AM OPEN TO A Flexible lease length for the right renter. Also can work with finances if this is an issue but deposit is non negotiable after recent experiences.

About Me: I work a 9-5 and love music, decorating, treasure hunting, DIY, plants, crystals, art, dancing, and movie nights with candle vibes! 😆🔮 Lots of housemate/landlord experience back in my home state, CO almost 3 yrs. Like to cook and have chill time! 🙂

I keep the space clean and it’s decorated nicely. There is a carved bar and super comfortable new leather sectional, fireplace too. Ideally someone with no pets – if you WFH that’s cool because there’s an extra office/kitty room across from your room! We are really sweet earthy fun peeps and would love to meet you.

House comes with me, my chill bf, adorable kitty sisters (6 mos.), Junebug and Birdie, and cattle dog mix Aldo. Pics of kits in the post 🐱🐱
