Hi! I’m taking applicants for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in a 2/2 apartment in Durham 27703.
Roommate wanted, no children or pets please. Durham address, but near Morrisville and Brier Creek. Right off of I-40 and Page Rd, exit 282. Available immediately.
The bathroom is connected to the bedroom and has a walk-in closet on the other side of the room. The bedroom has one window. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Common spaces are shared, there a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, etc. There is a couch, tv and table in the living/dining room. There is a gym that is open Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 10am-5pm.
You will need to gross $3,300/monthly to qualify. You will need to pass a background check and not have multiple maxed credit cards (they’re not really interested in your credit score.)
About the roomies
The other roommate is a lady in her early 40’s. She is very sweet and loves to cook.
