Unfurnished room in a house newly built, stainless-steel appliances, close to the 303, about 9 minutes from a brand new Frys store, 15 minutes from restaurants. We just recently purchased this new house. It’s a 4-bedroom 2 bath house, No one has lived in the rooms as of now. Quiet neighborhood, access to community pool, Fiber optic internet, Washer/dryer. Must be pet friendly we have one dog.

My Fiancé and I currently live here with our friendly dog, we are respectful, clean people. I am a DJ and work with music, there are times I will be practicing, music will be played at a respectable level and time, the front room is double insulated so it should help with hearing music throughout the house. My Fiancé works from home 2-3 days out the week, at times we will both be working from home. We are looking for a respectable, responsible clean roommate.
