• Friendly, good communicator, and likes a neat and peaceful home.
• Shares similar values of cleanliness, respect, and maturity
• No smoking, heavy drinking, or parties
• No overnight guests without prior approval
• First and last month’s rent due upon signing

I was married for 20 years with 3 kids, and now I’m on my own. I am originally from the south, but I have been here since college. I was initially destined to go to vet school but changed my major to elementary ed and was a 4th grade teacher. I currently have a pet sitting business I started in 2015 where I go to my clients’ homes to care for their “kids.” My friends describe me as friendly, fun, and trustworthy. I have a mini bernedoodle who is allergy friendly/no shedding, highly obedience trained and is the sweetest dog I’ve ever owned.

One other roommate is a 47yo male. He is clean and very easy to get along with. He works full time and spends most of his time gaming and watching tv in his room when he’s home.
