Furnished room with queen bed and dresser (or furnish yourself) for responsible individual in a one story home. Located in central Pearland near Beltway 8 and Mykawa. Bathroom shared with another male. House sits on an acre so plenty of room outside with an extra large driveway.

Two men currently live in the home. One is a college student and the other works full time. There’s also an older dog who lives in the home. Home stays clean and organized so incoming person should also be tidy.
