Temporary room rental on a month to month basis. I will not bother going thru any sort of eviction process so you already know what time I’m on.

Room is basic with full size bed, desk and lamp. Hangers for clothing. House is close to shopping, parks and interstate. Close to 256.

I will be in and out most days because I drive and only ask that you have no pets, clean up properly, no overnight guest over 2 days and don’t leave trash in the house. Wash dishes daily and no food upstairs. As I can’t deal with bugs. Oh and absolutely no cigarettes or cigars. No parties, the neighbors will report us. No couples as I have no time for damage, stress or drama. Remember we’re helping one another.
