Looking for a preferably female roommate to move in by November 1st at the latest. Ideally looking for someone to sign on for another year.

There is a $50 application to be filled out with the leasing office and a $150 security deposit.

The room: Spacious master bed with attatched bathroom. Large closet space.

The Rent is $1405 or $702.50 per person. Water and Trash are included.

Separate utilities are internet ($39.99) and electric/energy which varies per month. This year it has not been above $126. Both will be split 50/50.

No pets please, but must be comfortable with large dogs. There are two established canine residents who love people. They are confined when I am not present and are not allowed on the common room furniture.

All common rooms are furnished, the master bedroom is not.

A little bit about me: I am a single 30 year old woman. I work five days a week and generally come home to walk my dogs, eat dinner, watch a little TV and head to bed. When I’m not working I am writing, going to the movies, hanging out with friends, or going to Disney. I don’t have friends/family over often, but I will always give you a heads up beforehand!
