Bedroom in Arlington available November 1st or sooner: $1,150/mo. + 1/4th of utilities. Address is 2709 13th Road S. Arlington VA 22204.
There is plenty of free parking if you have a car! The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants, parks, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, and running trails within a 5-minute walk of the house. There is also a grocery store (Giant) around the corner. Utilities are split evenly between all housemates, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. You will share a bathroom with one person. No pets or couples at this time as there is already a cat in the house.

About the roommates: One roommate is a 24-year-old who went to Virginia Tech, she is very friendly and social and has a cute and cuddly 2-year-old gray cat named Charley. She is friendly and respectful of shared spaces. She likes to check out bars, restaurants, and trivia, but also enjoys a night of watching TV and cooking/baking. The other roommate is also 24 and went to Virginia Tech. He loves to cook, try new restaurants, and watch/play soccer. Both roommates value a clean space with a homey feel and are easy going and laid back. This is a great house if you are interested in making friends or are new to the area and want friendly and respectful roommates!
