Hello, I am looking for someone to sign a 6 month lease with my flatmate on a spacious and affordable 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in downtown wheaton building called Ava Wheaton (pictures attached). The total amount is 2310 + utilities (1250 per person). There will be an application fee of about $50 (I don’t mind paying the application for you). The apartment has in unit washer and dryer .

• 2 minutes walk from Wheaton line train stop • 2 minutes walk from Safeway and CVS • 5 minutes walk from Westfield mall • 5 minutes walk from AMC Cinema • Fully equipped gym, swimming pool and other amenities. • Concierge service with front desk • Parking available for a fee • 5 minute walk from Wheaton library • A Y2, Y7, Y8 bus line busstop right in front of the apartment complex • A very secured entrance • please NO pets SERIOUS APPLICANTS PLEASE

Something about me; I got a job in New Jersey and would be moving by 10/28 from the apartment. The apartment would be available from 10/30.

Something about my flat mate - She is Filipino and in her mid twenties and work as registered nurse at HCH. Work mostly night shifts. She cook every other day, and keep the space clean. She enjoy occasionally hanging out. DM for more details.
