The room is about 135 sqft, has a full private bathroom, has a large closet and extra storage through the condo along with a large storage closet tenants share. The building the condo resides in is secure access with an elevator. There is a pool and exercise room that is open when in season. Surrounded by countless trails to walk and explore, the unit is within walking distance of downtown Mill Creek and a few different bus stops. The private room is spacious and well lit, with a sliding door in the room connecting to the private porch. There is also a full private bathroom that comes with the room!

$900 a month (including internet, electric, trash, etc) There is covered parking that can be thrown if you would like as well. Upon moving in, first month and last month along with a $300 security deposit (A total of $2100)

I am the owner of the unit and have been living here for about 4 years. I work a local county job that allows me to work from home most of the time, so I tend to be a home body. I play video games and draw, and I prefer to go out to hang out with people other then have them come to my place. I am nonbinary and queer, with a little dog and cat who love people.
