Patrick's room

We are looking for a new roommate for our 3 bedroom apartment in the Groton area, we need to renew our lease soon as it is up at the end of October so we are looking to have someone move in soon. Water is included in the rent. Other expenicess included electricity, Internet and renters insurance. The apartment has an in unit laundry as well. Located near 95 so commutes to work are minimal.

My roommate and I are clean and quiet and both work we have been living hear for almost 4 years and are looking to stay. We are both big table top gamers so if you love D&D or other nerd games you will fit right in. We are also big fans of anime and other nerd culture things as well.We both cook and clean as well.
