Northgate Circle

Hi everyone, I am looking for a female student to take over my lease at Northgate Lakes this October 1st to July 30th. it’s a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Oviedo 2 minutes away from UCF. The apartment is on the first floor and you would share a bathroom with one roommate. Apartment has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, balcony, community pool, community game room, a gym, and fun events done through the complex. Rent is $950. There is a cat there and I previously had a dog so you are most likely allowed to bring a dog. All my roommates are girls and sophomores in college at UCF and Valencia College. My roomates are great! They are very kind and clean and laid back people. We split expenses on certain household items to save money so that’s really helpful!
