West Pratt Boulevard

Large room for rent in apartment. 5 minutes from Morse red line and Loyola/Colombia beach. 7 minutes from Loyola college and red line. The room is very large, over 17 ft at widest, almost 20ft at the longest point. Currently has a queen bed frame and an arm chair in it, we can discuss either removing these or adding furniture for an increased rent. Kitchen and bathroom are small, basic and adequate, I keep the communal spaces to a medium level of cleanliness. All bills and WiFi are included in the rent. I am a 45yo male who usually leaves his roommates to their own devices, please note that my 5yo lives here too and generally sleeps here 2 or 3 nights a week. Please indicate that you are okay with this and don’t mind sometimes moving bath toys or hearing terrible kid shows playing in the kitchen
