The apartment is a second-story, serene escape. You will be sharing the three bedroom/two bathroom condo with just one person: me!

Your bedroom will be partially furnished with a comfortable bed and linens. Additionally, you will have a private bathroom (with a shower and a tub). All Utilities are included.

The kitchen is charming and clean. All appliances behave: dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc..

A charming balcony awaits you for morning coffee and sunset libations. Laundry is in the complex.

About me: I am a cis-gender female in her mid-thirties. I work full-time at a nonprofit and moonlight as a yoga instructor.

No pets, and no smoking. Wine is welcome.

Due at move in: First Month’s rent ($1,600) + $1,600 deposit ($3,200 due at move in).

I am looking for a female, or non-binary responsible (or at least semi-responsible) adult who has an 8am-5pm work schedule/or a similar circadian rhythm to me. I wake up at 6:00am and go to bed around 10:00pm (During the week only. I stay up later and snooze on during the weekend!) This room is for single occupancy only
