Looks dirty in the pics because current roommate is messy, but when he’s gone we can hold it to a higher standard

4 bedroom house, twenty-five hundred sqft (I had to spell the number because when I typed it, the site thought I was listing my phone number or something??? – point is: lot of communal space that I’m not occupying). Great neighborhood (all families and old people), 15 min from heart of downtown Denver. Has a backyard with a fence. Looks not so great on the outside but is fine on the inside. Currently it’s me & 2 other guys (4 bedroom house). One has a dog and another has a cat so please no more pets.

I’m a workaholic, work from home because I have my own tech company. Very low maintenance roommate. I do all my dishes as soon as I make them, I don’t let trash overflow ridiculously. Pretty much all I do is work. I do MMA and post psychology/philosophy videos on TikTok. Those activities pretty much consume my life but when I find time I’ll go to EDM shows/raves, love to snowboard, love adrenaline activities in general.

One of the other guys delivers tires and has to be up at 4:30am Monday-Friday so we try not to be loud at night during the week. Other than that he just plays video games in his room and is one of the chillest people you’ll ever meet.

Other guy works from home in his room and in his free time is a DJ.

The guys living here currently are all focused on improving their lives; not partying throughout the week, keeping things clean, etc.

Biggest thing: communication. We’re very direct and articulate. I think high-bandwidth communication is the most important thing when it comes to managing relationships (friendships, romance, roommates, professional, etc.).
