Two quiet, respectful young ladies are seeking a third female to share a large 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo in the Malvern borough. Rent includes all utilities (we have internet but no cable). It is a large 1,700+ SF unit with in home laundry, off street parking, a deck, and a pool! The bedroom is fully furnished.
A little about us: we are happy and busy and prefer a drama free life. No drugs, no smoking. We have regular background checks and drug tests for our jobs, so we are not 420 friendly. No pets please.
Within walking distance of the Malvern train station. Perfect if you want to catch the express train on Paoli/Thorndale line to Philadelphia. Easy commute if you attend Immaculata or work in Malvern, West Chester, Paoli, or the Main Line. Complex has on site staff, so everything is beautifully maintained.
