There is one dog. No other pets please. **Conveniently located close to shopping, grocery stores, hospitals, freeway access, downtown Boise and BSU.

Looking for a responsible, trustworthy, clean, and friendly adult who is relaxed, non-drama, non-partyer, and easy to get along with.
The current tenants are a young female adult & a young male adult (who has a child part time). Both are quiet, clean, relaxed, and friendly people. The female is related to the property owner. The property owner does not live in the house.
Rental app required. 12 month lease.
