Auvers Boulevard

I had to move unexpectedly so I’m subleasing a spacious room with shared bathroom at Avenues of Baldwin Park apartments. The current lease is until August 2024 but is likely to be renewed. The complex has great amenities and is near both Downtown Orlando and Winter Park. Rent is around $750 each month with electric split evenly between roommates (~$40/month). There’s a $80 application process with the leasing office that needs to be approved.

There’s two male UCF students who are quiet and courteous. Welcome to anyone but prefer other college students.
