My name is Dave. I have a very large 3 bedroom in Boca that’s nice, super close to 95, and I have a extra nice room with your own private bathroom/shower upstairs. 10 x 14 Bedroom large enough for a queen size bed and dresser and desk. I dont drink or smoke or do any drugs and lean a clean relaxed no stress lifestyle. I try never to bother anyone. I am having the bedroom freshly painted, and a friend living in it so hard to take pictures but it is nice. The house has a upstairs and downstairs and there will be a bedroom between us with no one living in it, so there is a decent amount of space between us for quiet and privacy. (The middle bedroom is a office.) Looking to rent the other bedroom to someone trustworthy, clean and has a low key lifestyle like myself. Comes either furnished or unfurnished. Currently friend staying in there but he is moving out Oct 30. Having the kitchen remodeled to be super modern and its large, so next week will be beautiful. 4 car driveway with 2 car garage makes it easy to park. Very convenient location to everything such as whole foods, publix, highways, shopping, restaurants, and parks. It has 20 foot ceilings in living room, with plenty of windows to make it really bright and sunny and lift you up everyday. Also has movie screen in living room, and a fancy digital professional massage chair. Its a nice place and a amazing location and I am super low key and keep to myself. Dave

Just me and a small white dog that doesnt shed and is super quiet and polite. I go to church on Sundays, I dont drink or smoke anything, and I try to eat some organic things, but definitely not fanatical about any of it. I barely have any visitors. Looking for someone trustworthy and considerate like myself.
