Shared living room with 70 inch tv, new couch, large kitchen, dining room and larger washer and dryer. Centrally located on the corner of Concord, Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill in a safe and quiet community, connected to Ygnacio Valley Park. Nearby shopping includes Costco, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and the Verandas. Pleasant Hill Bart and Interstate 680 are each about 8 minutes away. No neighbors behind the home as there is a greenbelt that Bart does run through and you can hear pass briefly, but no street traffic as we are at the end of a cul-de-sac. New HVAC, ceiling fans, and flooring through the house. Dining table is on the way.

We are looking for either a single occupant or a couple (with approval) who are responsible and chill. We do have a toddler and two very loving and playful dogs, we are family oriented and respectful. Well trained cat or other animals with approval, we prefer no dogs. We will have more picture available next week. Year long lease, hoping for a longterm tenant.
