Joseph's room

My name is Joseph I am a 39 year old. At the end of October beginning of November I will have a room open for rent . I have 3 kids aged 6,8,11. They will only be home half of the week….I am looking for a responsible adult to split the rent with. You would be getting a master bedroom on the first floor of the full home. The bathroom contains an attached master bathroom with a dual vanity , a seperate bath and shower. Also attached to the bedroom and bathroom is a big walk in closet! My kids will be here half the week but all of their bedrooms and mine are on the 2nd floor. There is also a pool in the development which is only a 3 minute walk from the lhouse. Rent will need to be paid the day you move in.

Me and my 3 kids who I share custody with. They’re great kids who are well behaved.
